Jonsbo unveils its N6 case. This is a very special reference, as it is designed for typical NAS use. From now on, you’ll be able to mount numerous SSDs/hard disks, all via a hotswap system for rapid deployment!

N6: new micro-ATX NAS box from Jonsbo!

With this new reference, the brand offers us a cube-shaped case. Its dimensions are 305 (W) x 353 (D) x 318 (H) mm. These dimensions are induced by the internal organization. The motherboard tray is positioned horizontally, while the nine 2.5″/3.5″ slots are located behind the front panel at the bottom. Naturally, we find a basket system coupled with a hotswap system.

Internally, motherboard support is limited to micro-ATX and mini-ITX formats. There’s no support here for BTF or Project Zero cards. On the other hand, for the graphics card, it varies from 275 to 320 mm, while for the CPU cooler it will be from 65 to 160 mm. It all depends on the type of power supply and its position in the case. Broadly speaking, however, we’re talking about compatibility with ATX and SFX blocks. With an ATX model, the block will be placed above the motherboard, while an SFX model will be mounted behind the storage slots.

As for ventilation, you’ll be able to install up to nine 120 mm fans, with slots positioned at the front, rear, right and left sides and bottom. Of course, when it comes to watercooling, you’ll be limited to 240 mm radiators.

Last but not least, the design is sober and uncluttered, with a wood panel on the front. There are also numerous activity LEDs, one for each storage slot.

For the moment, we only know the Chinese price, which is 699 yuan (around €85).
